Start by entering you mortgage amount in the first field. Then in the second field enter your yearly interest rate. In the third field enter the number of years in which you would like to pay off your mortgage. Once you've filled in those three fields, click the Calculate button to see your monthly payment amount, and how many payments you will need to make.
